The energetic haircut
Trained by Sophie Tacussel, a psycho-capillary consultant, trainer and ambassador of Rémi Portrait's method, I'm a practitioner of the energetic haircut.

What is it?
More than just a haircut, the energetic haircut is a deep treatment that works on our hair, our body, and our emotions.
This technique is inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is based on biological studies.
I cut the hair using a traditional razor, following the lines of the meridians that we have on our scalp. The blade emits vibrations that propagate the hair cuticles.
These vibrations stimulate the papillae, activate blood circulation and straighten the muscle responsible for volume.
This is why the process is also known as vibratory haircut.
Our hair carries our entire story. It reacts to emotions, life changes, and accumulated tensions. Loss of density, lack of shine, dull or tired hair... all these are signs of an inner imbalance.
Every physical or emotional problem is the result of an energy imbalance in different parts of the body. Thanks to the vibrations of the razor, the energetic haircut stimulates acupuncture points on the scalp. The energy flows again, releasing what was stuck.
This process happens naturally, and the mind isn’t able to control it. The haircut leaves you with a feeling of lightness, as if an invisible weight has been lifted.
More than a change of style, it’s an inner transformation that shows on the outside.
This is a therapeutic hair care, a true emotional release that helps you to understand yourself better.

How does a session go?
I always begin with a little chat to understand your desires, needs, how you’re feeling...
After that, I give a relaxing shiatsu scalp massage. This moment of relaxation helps release tension and prepares you to receive the haircut.
Then, I move on to the energetic haircut with my razor, which is done in two phases:
- The toning phase, where I cut the hair with an upward movement, stimulating blood circulation and promoting emotional release.
- The calming phase, where I cut the ends in a diamond shape to bring lightness and harmony.
If needed, I will touch up with scissors to adjust to your preferences, then I finish with the blow-dry.
