Before your first color or balayage appointment at the salon, or before a major change, this essential consultation allows us to discuss your needs, wishes, hair routine, previous color or balayage work, and the result you would like to achieve, so we can confirm that your project is feasible.

Payment
Payment for your service is made at the end of the appointment, in cash or by bank transfer.
Punctuality
Punctuality is truly appreciated as it helps create a smooth and respectful experience for everyone. Late arrivals are tolerated up to 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled to respect the next person's appointment.
Cancellation
If you can't make it, please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This time frame allows me to contact people who might have wanted to take your appointment slot, ensuring better organization.
